may be submitted to ICANN-accredited registrars through September 25 th ,2001.A fee may apply for each request submitted to the registry; this fee is non-refundable ,even if the application is unsuccessful. Between September 26 th and October 1 st ,all Domain Name requests from all registrars will be put into a single batch and processed in random order, thus ensuring no registrar or applicant receives any preference.
